It was awesome. Visited during the off-season so there wasn't anything open or operational. Was hoping to get a hotdog from the original Nathans but still had a great atmosphere

Coney Island is a neighborhood and entertainment area in Brooklyn, New York City, known for its beaches, boardwalk, amusement parks, and historical significance. It's a popular destination for both locals and tourists, especially during the summer months Yes such a wonderful place to go and visit. Dogs and children all can come enjoy the beach. So many different rides and activities to do. This is a place that is iconic to the Brooklyn area. There so many different areas you can explore while visiting.

It was nice but kinda chilly with the wind off the ocean. I recommend checking the weather before going. 74* in the daytime van be 10* lower after sunset. Also, be mindful of your surroundings if traveling alone. Thete are bad people everywhere and they usually come out at night.
