It's a fairy tale town. The castle is a must visit destination when in London. Got to see the change of guards 💂♂️ The royals were in the castle with the flag flying full mast. There is history in every corner and pathway.... Do take the full Do eat in the canteen downstairs Do not miss the Doll house no matter how long the line. Enjoy the open air as well as the closed quarters.

If you have time to visit just one castle when you are in the UK, make this trip. This place fits its purpose as a king's residence (coming from someone who considers himself a republican). It is very majestic and elegant, especially the Waterloo Room and the staircase leading to it. We were also able to see the tomb of the late Queen Elizabeth II on the amazing St George Chapel. Had long queues towards the Queen's Dollhouse, but I recommend skipping it and just go back if you have the time. Visit both the chapel and the rooms to get the full experience. Got our tickets on site and availed of the disabled and carer options. The staff was very nice and did not even bother to see my wife's disability card. It was a quiet afternoon when we were there, so the lines going in was not that long. Too bad photography is not allowed (although a lot of guests violated it, but not me). A truly must visit!

No pic was allowed inside the Windsor castle so I can’t share what’s inside. It’s my first visit to the castle in UK, and was very nice to walk around and get to see some of the decor and layout inside the castle. Only certain areas in the castle was opened to the public and was told that the King might stay there sometimes.
