This stunning park has so many different walking tracks and areas to explore. It is so big that you need many hours to explore it on foot. A bicycle ride around the park would be a great option. There are many shaded areas to have a picnic or read a book. The highlight of course is seeing the deer. Richmond Park is walking distance from the beautiful town centre of Richmond, with plenty of eating options along the river.

A lovely park to walk around. Cars about which I wasn't expecting. Nice place to go for a wander. Take your own drinks and snacks. Much easier. Do NOT go on a hot day like I did as shade poor, places to sit lacking. Didn't know where I was going. Sense of direction went out the window in the heat. Saw a little lizard, birds swooping for food and lots of geese. Worth a trip.

Great for travellers who want to walk/jog into the wilderness. It’s a huge space (recommend to come by car/motorbike/cycle) as walking through the entire park is quite impossible.
