We visited this water park as a family of four – two adults and two children (ages 6 and 10) – and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We paid €119 in total, which included tickets for two adults (€30.95 each) and two children (€24.95 each). For that price, the experience simply didn’t deliver. There are other water parks in the same price range that offer far more attractions, better entertainment (like dolphin shows, artificial dinosaurs, or interactive zones), and a more family-oriented experience. This one felt basic and not worth the cost. One of the biggest issues was the limited access for younger children. Our 6-year-old was only allowed on a few slides, yet his ticket cost only €5 less than an adult’s. That hardly seems fair – a child who can use maybe 20–30% of the attractions shouldn’t be paying almost full price. Another unfair aspect is the lack of a discounted ticket for adults who are only accompanying their children. I personally don’t enjoy water slides and didn’t use any during our visit, yet I had to pay the full adult price. It would make much more sense to offer a lower-priced “accompanying adult” option. The wave pool was also disappointing. It only runs for 10 minutes every two hours, and there’s no posted schedule anywhere, so you don’t know when to expect it. We stood waiting for a long time with our kids, thinking it would start soon, only to find out by asking staff that the waves weren't scheduled for another hour. This should be clearly communicated. The splash zone with water fountains for younger children is also only open for two hours a day – from 12:00 to 14:00 – which is very limited, especially considering how few attractions are suitable for younger kids. On top of that, many slides require inflatable tubes or rafts, but the park doesn’t provide nearly enough. We had to wait in long lines just to get one, which slowed everything down and caused more frustration than fun. One specific slide, shaped like a snake, had a particularly poorly thought-out system. Only one person is allowed to start climbing the stairs after the previous person has completed the entire ride. This creates huge delays, with everyone standing around waiting not just for the slide itself, but also for each person to climb up and then go down one at a time. Very inefficient. There’s also a locker system that we found inconvenient. You have to pay €7 extra for a small locker, which isn’t included in the ticket price. The lockers work with a six-digit code that you have to remember throughout the day. While it’s not extremely difficult, it does add unnecessary mental pressure, especially when you’re managing kids and trying to relax. Overall, our visit left us frustrated and disappointed. The pricing is not family-friendly, the organization is poor, and the lack of communication and planning really took away from what should have been a fun day. We would not return or recommend this park unless major improvements are made – both in terms of value and guest experience.

The water park itself is unreal the slides are amazing and there is loads to do for my oldest and youngest child. You get professional photos took on request and a gentleman named willy has been fantastic he is a great asset to the company and made our visit all the more special. I would highly recommend

There are 6 different slides and we were apprehensive to spend over 100 euros on a small place. But we had a fun experience. The kids enjoyed it. The staff were great. Some of them were very funny with the kids. And we kept repeating the slides and enjoyed the day. They did say to us that if we returned we could get our second visit for half price. Dont k ow if it was an early season offer. But Mallorca was so much fun we just didn't gave the time ! Worth a visit in my opinion.
