More like an open air memorial park, many structures dotted around commemorating what happened here but little detail and what's there can be confusing if trying to work out what happened where. It doesn't look like the wikipedia photos of the massacre area as the forest has regrown. Maybe that's for the best. Approx an hour's walk from Golden Gate, then more to explore site, read the info panels about people connected with the site. Bus, metro available, too.
