It is a garden that has been planted and harvested for 8000 years. Of course, we learn this information while walking around. It hosts 180 bird species. It was applied to the world UNESCO list in 2013 and was included in the world UNESCO list in 2015.

I was very surprised when I learned that there was such a place in the Archaeological Museum near here. "Museum Cafe" is not just a cafe, it is a place to escape to history. That view overlooking Hevsel Gardens cannot be described, it must be experienced... We started with breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious. It was prepared with care, from eggs to olives. The coffee is really good - not too thick, not too ordinary. It competes with the boutique cafes in Istanbul. It is great to see such a place in Diyarbakır. It is a quiet, peaceful, historical and enjoyable environment. I will definitely come again. I recommend it!
