The Diyarbakır Archaeological Museum has a few interesting artifacts, but overall there isn’t much to see. The exhibition space is quite small and feels a bit outdated. It would be great to see more items on display and more context provided for the pieces. The bathrooms definitely need renovation — they weren’t clean or well-maintained during my visit, which takes away from the overall experience. It’s worth a quick visit if you’re already nearby, but don’t expect too much.

There are Artuklu palace, archaeological museum, cafe with terrace, St.George church within the Diyarbakir castle. Beautiful historical area, you can view the landscapes of the city. You pay only to enter museum. Highly recommend.
