We went on a really nice school trip We stayed in a 4 person room, it wasn't a room or anything, it was a surprise, I was lucky enough to open the door, I turned the key and screamed a little; It's not a room, it's a house, there are two bedrooms, a living room, an island, a kitchen and a bathroom, the rooms are big, so there's a wardrobe, a drawer, a fridge and an oven, nothing is missing I mean, there's even an iron and a scale, it's clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great, thank you for your efforts

We were more than satisfied with everything during the 1 month we spent at this hotel in Diyarbakır due to my mother's treatment. The cleanliness, comfort and service quality were really top notch. But we would like to open a separate parenthesis especially to the hotel general manager Bahar Hanım. We felt at home thanks to her smiling face, interest and professionalism. Her meticulous follow-up of every detail, her quick solutions to problems and her respect for the guests are admirable. We have formed a bond with her and we still see each other. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. Thank you Bahar Hanım, thank you THE CİTY WALLS OTEL.

It deserves full marks with its friendly staff, there is no parking problem in terms of location. There are many places to shop and eat around the hotel, which is also a reason for preference. The rooms are comfortable and quiet as if you are at home, and it is spacious and safe, where no one even knocks on the door without you saying so, and no one enters without permission. In short, I liked it very much, I highly recommend it. I would like to thank each and every one of its staff individually, you can feel the modesty and warmth of the local people even while you are at the hotel.
