You can climb the stairs to the top of towers. You can also get very nice views on the walls.

The Museggmauer (Musegg Wall) is one of Lucerne’s most iconic historical landmarks, forming part of the city’s original medieval fortifications. Built in the late 14th century, this impressive stone wall stretches nearly 900 meters and includes nine towers, each with its own unique character. Built in 1535, the Zytturm houses Lucerne’s oldest city clock. It’s the first clock in the city allowed to chime every hour — one minute before all the others. Visitors can climb the tower to see the original wooden clock mechanism and enjoy panoramic views over Lucerne’s old town, Lake Lucerne and the Alps.

I really enjoyed the greenspace around this area and the wall and towers themselves. The walk up from the city is nice and shaded by the trees. I even got to see a small lizard. If you don't want to walk up the hill, there is also a bus stop on the otherwise of the wall. Be aware: while beautiful, the towers are not readily accessible to those with mobility concerns and the walkways within and between the towers are somewhat narrow.
