Fascinating Roman history. It's a small area, but for 5 euros per person it includes an audio guide. We tried to use the QR code to buy tickets but weren't able to complete the process because we weren't on wifi. Luckily there is a ticket booth where you can pay. Not busy at all when we were there in march with light rain.

The Anfiteatro is a cool place to visit, with a nice view and history. Nevertheless, you have to pay the entrance fee. So if you like history, I highly recommend buying tickets to go to the four main attractions in Tarragona for it to be cost-efficient

We were really looking forward to visiting The Amfitheater of Tarraco, but unfortunately it was closed due to restoration works. While we couldn’t go inside, it was still impressive to see from the outside — a beautiful structure with great historical charm. It’s a shame we missed the full experience, but it’s good to know it’s being preserved for the future. We hope to return one day when it’s open again!
