Most interesting archaeological museum in Greece. They have so many different exhibits form different eras. Very interesting. Buy ticket online If you don’t want stay in the line. Prepare to spend at least minimum 2 hours. Museum has two floors. Easy to navigate. 100% worth to visit. Price $14 for adults, kids free. We was there on Tuesday and museum was open from 1 PM. Lot of people waited and we spend 10-15 minutes before gone inside even we bought ticket online.

One of the top museums I’ve ever been to, not only for the amazing collection of ancient artifacts from the Greeks, Romans and even Egyptians, but for the overall experience. Large bags need to be left at the front, they give you a key you need to keep and give back when your visit is over to retrieve your bags. Museum is humongous, I stayed here around 3 hours but I could have easily spent my entire afternoon there. Very clean, and there was even a cafe inside with a garden to sit and eat. This is a must do if you got to Athens!

Huge!!! Absolutely amazing!!!! Definitely plenty of spare time to make it around there. Instead of waiting in line to buy tickets as the line is quite large, just buy them online and completely skip the massive queue
