It gets very busy here - Arrive early in the morning!! Some nice Madrid souvenirs and keepsakes to be found.

The market sprawls out over a huge area, the central part is rammed and crazy busy. Seek out instead the more peripheral streets packed with quirky flea market stalls and gloomy but fascinating junk shops for every budget. Take cash, not many stalls took cards. It’s Great fun
