Really fun trip to the A'DAM Lookout. Amazing views from the top and easy to get too. The free boat from the station takes you straight there. We booked the swing which was definitely scary but so much fun! It included access to the view deck, the top floor and the VR experience. You get a full 360 view from the top of the building, we had a glorious day. Had to wait for the lift up and down for around 10 minutes but on a hot Saturday in June I guess its expected! We had tickets booked in advance and did get straight up to explore! Really recommended!

Definitely for tourists, and I was one. Maybe fun for residents as well. Great views of the city. Drinks are reasonable for Amsterdam and the service is great. Didn't get to the restaurant. Even the elevator has a little light show, so don't forget to look up.

This lookout tower is a must visit for the views alone! The tickets are fairly affordable, you can get here with a short ferry ride, enjoy some bitterballen and beer up here, be sure to hangout for a while, if you can visit during sunset you're guaranteed some stunning views. Before going, I would highly recommend buying tickets in advance, if you're waiting in the normal queue, you'll be there for quite some time.
