This place gets such a bad review its so bs. My two young girls loved it. Precure, live ninja Musashi show and then the 3d castle maze and Shinobori all worth it. No crowds and no tourist great experience.

So glad we went! We went to almost every tourist attraction in Kyoto and wasn’t sure if this park was worth a visit. So glad we went. Our kids loved the park and all the attractions. We also paid extra to rock climb. The female at the desk was cold and not friendly at all. Luckily our climbing instructor Yuta was kind and great with the kids!! He helped make the climbing experience so worth it.

If you are into old Japanese traditional life style, then worth paying a visit. Some attractions also for children: ninja, sword fight etc. I personally didn’t really enjoy it … but it’s about my taste. You pay the entry but inside for other activities you have to pay extra… so better get some information upfront. Overall it’s not a must … just nice to have (my opinion 😊). Enough parking options around.
