An amazing experience hiking through the Rice Terrace although be aware the paths are relatively steep and not in great condition. Several locations offering food and beverage along the way, with a bottle of water costing 10,000Rp. The entrance fee into the terrace is around 25,000rp which is around $2.50AUD, so it won’t hurt the pocket! The fields are lush green, and to see the hard work performed to produce the rice we all love to eat! There are also swing experiences, and several restaurants overlooking the terraces for an added experience. Took about 45 minutes to walk right down to the bottom of the terrace and back up again along the various paths, and great exercise. Well worth the visit.

Fabulous place for the whole family ! Very humid and have good walking shoes if you are planning on trekking around as steps are steep . Lots of photo opportunities on swings ( you pay for ) and other things that you don't pay for like little water falls and nests . Great bar with views looking over the terraces. All in all a fabulous day highly recommend

Honestly loved it! Been here before and I'll keep going back. Probably weekly until I leave. The views never seize to amaze me! 😍 Everyone is so friendly, the cafe's all have a similar view (depending where on the Ridge you go) and I just love sitting and admiring! 😍 I've not actually gone down for the full hike yet - doing a photography walk next week for this. But the views from above are amazing! 😍
