The castle is amazing. You're going to want a good couple hours to see everything. The guides are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. It feels like the original Lord and Lady might walk down the hall any minute. The food at the restaurant inside the main hall is really good too. And the views are spectacular!

Stunning castle! It already starts about 20km away as you see it on the hill on the horizon. A cute road, with a bunch of decent panoramic photo spots leads to a parkingspot, from where you can walk (steep!) or take a shuttle. The castle itself is beautifully restored on the outside: very impressive entrance 'road' in the castle. Stunning view as well. There is also a cute spot in the middle of the castle 'square' to have a snack or drink. You can't see the whole inside though, inside parts are interesting but quite limited.

A kind of must visit if you are in the region. The drive and the whole experience is really good. They have shuttle buses every 15 mins from the parking lot or it's a 25 min hike. You can get the tickets online as it's cheaper. The views outside are fabulous and also the rooms inside are maintained really well.
