First priority visit place. Stepping into the Bahrain National Museum felt like opening a beautifully crafted time capsule. Every exhibit—from the ancient Dilmun civilization to the rich traditions of Bahraini life—tells a story with pride and grace. The architecture itself is stunning, blending modern minimalism with cultural depth. I especially loved the recreated souq, graves and traditional houses—it was like walking through history. The staff were warm and helpful, and the seafront view outside the museum adds a peaceful touch. A must-visit for anyone wanting to truly understand the spirit of Bahrain.

Nice enough museum but lots of work going on so it will greet bigger and better I am sure. I was trying to find the aerial pictures of Bahrain over the ages that I’d seen before but couldn’t find them ☹️ maybe next time!
